Warehouse financing falls under inventory financing and is form of financing whereby loans are made to manufacturers on the basis of commodity or goods creations.
These loans are held within collateral of the business itself, such as the warehouse or distribution centre. Essentially creating control for a third party. This will be held by a financial institution that will oversee the quantity and quality of goods created.
Within warehouse financing there are complex terms and conditions which will need to be met based on the agreement of the finance. At Redcliffe Training we offer a number of courses which cover warehouse financing at an in-depth level.
