Flexible Course Delivery to Suit Every NeedSave

At Redcliffe, we offer three core delivery formats—each designed to provide flexibility, accessibility, and real-world impact for your team.

1. Public Courses

Our public courses are live interactive virtual classes delivered on Zoom. Individuals or groups can book places directly onto these courses on the publicly scheduled dates that are shown on our website. These courses allow participants live access to the trainer with full & comprehensive course materials provided.

2. In-House Courses (Virtual or Face-to-Face)

Our in-house training is delivered exclusively for your organisation, either virtually or in person, at a time and date that suits you. A consultation meeting with the trainer is included ahead of the course to align content with your team’s specific objectives.

Optional Add-Ons:

Tailoring: Course content can be adapted to reflect your company’s specific requirements.
Testing: A 20-question multiple-choice test can be provided to assess participant understanding.
Recording of the session can be arranged, subject to prior agreement.

3. Pre-Recorded Training (On-Demand Learning)

Pre-recorded courses can be recorded and fully edited exclusively for your company. All supporting course materials will be supplied (tests and quizzes are also available if required). The files will be converted to enable housing on your LMS and can be available for participant numbers between 50 and 5,000 for unlimited usage.
