Public courses

Transfer of Bookings & Cancellation Policy:

Virtual Training Courses:

All cancellations and transfers must be received in writing. Cancellations made 15 or more working days prior to the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the original course fee. If a cancellation is made less than 15 working days before the event date then the full fee is due and no fees will be refunded.
When multiple places are booked under a single order, we offer tiered discounts based on the number of places booked. However, in the event of a cancellation within a group booking, the discount and/or fees will be adjusted accordingly

Transfers of bookings made 15 to 5 working days prior to the course will result in a transfer fee of 15% of the original course fee + VAT. Transfers of bookings made less than 5 working days prior to the course will result in a transfer fee of 25% of the original course fee + VAT. If we are notified of a participants’ inability to attend the course on the day and they wish to transfer to a future course / date, a transfer fee of 40% of the original course fee + VAT will be applicable.

Substitute participants are permitted at any stage free of charge.

Face-to-face Courses:

All cancellations and transfers must be received in writing. Cancellations made 35 or more working days prior to the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the original course fee. If a cancellation is made less than 35 working days before the event date then the full fee is due and no fees will be refunded.
When multiple places are booked under a single order, we offer tiered discounts based on the number of places booked. However, in the event of a cancellation within a group booking, the discount and/or fees will be adjusted accordingly

Transfers of bookings made 20 to 10 working days prior to the course will result in a transfer fee of 15% of the original course fee + VAT. Transfers of bookings made less than 10 working days prior to the course will result in a transfer fee of 25% of the original course fee + VAT. If we are notified of a participants’ inability to attend the course on the day and they wish to transfer to a future course / date, a transfer fee of 40% of the original course fee + VAT will be applicable.

Substitute participants are permitted at any stage free of charge.

All delegates are solely responsible for their flight, transport and accommodation arrangements and costs. In the unlikely event Redcliffe Training Associates Ltd should cancel an event it will not be responsible for any costs incurred by a delegate's attendance. Redcliffe Training Associates Ltd therefore recommends that clients purchase fully refundable air tickets and accommodation. Redcliffe Training Associates Ltd will always work with its clients to find a suitable solution in these instances.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course 35 days before if there are no sufficient number of participants scheduled in order to run the course.

Payment:

An invoice will be issued as soon as a booking confirmation is received and is payable prior to the scheduled course/webinar date. If the participant(s) fail(s) to attend the full fee remains payable.

In the event that it is necessary for us to instruct solicitors or other debt collectors to take action to recover the outstanding debt, you agree to indemnify us in respect of all costs incurred in this respect. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts relating to any dispute arising from this contract.

Copyright:

The recording of the course / webinar by means of taping, video or any other form is not permitted. You agree to use the supplied materials for the confirmed participant(s) only and you will not disseminate the supplied materials throughout your firm or to any other external third party / intranet. The sharing, swapping and exchanging of logins to enable multiple participants is not permitted. Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action. All confirmed business transacted with Redcliffe Training Associates constitutes an agreement that you do not initiate or in any way pursue business opportunities with any member of Redcliffe Training Associates’ staff or trainers, be they salaried or sub-contracted, independent from Redcliffe Training Associates.

In-house courses

In-House Virtual Training:

Payment & Invoicing:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed, the following payment terms shall apply.

An invoice for the Virtual Training fee will be issued to the Client, or to the Client's nominated contact, upon confirmation of the Virtual Training. Payment must be received in full no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled course delivery date.

Where the Client requests additional development, tailoring or material amendments that were not included within the original agreed scope, an additional development fee may apply. The scope, fee and any impact on the delivery timetable will be confirmed and agreed in writing before the additional work begins.
In the event that it is necessary for us to instruct solicitors or other debt collectors to take action to recover the outstanding debt, you agree to indemnify us in respect of all costs incurred in this respect. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts relating to any dispute arising from this contract.

The following cancellation charges shall apply to the agreed virtual training fee:
  • More than 30 Business Days before the scheduled course date: No cancellation charge.
  • Between 21 and 30 Business Days before the scheduled course date (inclusive): 25% of the agreed course fee.
  • Between 11 and 20 Business Days before the scheduled course date (inclusive): 40% of the agreed course fee.
  • 10 Business Days or fewer before the scheduled course date: 100% of the agreed course fee.

Any development work completed before the cancellation will remain payable. Where development work has only been partially completed, Redcliffe Training Associates Limited may charge for the work undertaken up to the date of cancellation.

Rescheduling and Date Changes:

The Client may request that the virtual training to be rescheduled by providing written notice to Redcliffe Training Associates Limited.

The following rescheduling charges shall apply to the agreed virtual training fee:
  • More than 20 Business Days before the scheduled course date: No rescheduling charge.
  • Between 11 and 20 Business Days before the scheduled course date (inclusive): 25% of the agreed course fee.
  • 10 Business Days or fewer before the scheduled course date: 40% of the agreed course fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to trainer availability and written agreement of a replacement date.

Unless agreed in advance, the recording of the webinar will not be permitted. You agree to use the downloadable materials for purposes of the participants registered to attend the webinar only. You will not disseminate the supplied materials throughout your firm or to any external third party / intranet.

If, however you have purchased a recording, then you may disseminate this recording throughout your firm. However, prior agreement must be sought from Redcliffe Training Associates should you also wish to disseminate the course materials throughout your firm. You will not disseminate the supplied materials to any external third party / intranet.

Only the agreed number of participants can take part in the live webinar. The sharing, swapping and exchanging of logins to enable multiple participants is not permitted. Face-to-Face in-house Courses:

Payment & Invoicing:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed, the following payment terms will apply.

An invoice for the training fee will be issued to the Client, or to the Client’s nominated contact, upon confirmation of the course. Payment for this invoice must be received 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled course date.

Where travel, accommodation, or other expenses are to be incurred by Redcliffe Training Associates Limited before the course date and are specified as an addition to the training fee, we will inform the Client whether we will:
  • request payment of the estimated costs in advance;
  • require the Client to arrange and pay for the travel, accommodation and other agreed expenses directly; or
  • arrange and pay for the travel, accommodation and other agreed expenses on behalf of the Client, with the costs to be invoiced following the course. Payment shall be due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.

Redcliffe Training Associates Limited will not be required to make any travel, accommodation or other third-party bookings, or incur any non-refundable commitments, until the appropriate arrangements have been agreed.

Should the Client cancel or request that the course be postponed, the Client shall be responsible for all non-refundable travel, accommodation and other third-party costs reasonably incurred by Redcliffe Training Associates Limited in connection with the booking. Should Redcliffe Training Associates Limited cancel or postpone the course for reasons within its reasonable control, Redcliffe Training Associates Limited shall bear those costs.

The Client may request that the course be rescheduled by providing written notice to Redcliffe Training Associates Limited.

  • More than 20 Business Days before the scheduled course date: No rescheduling charge.
  • Between 11 and 20 Business Days before the scheduled course date (inclusive): 25% of the agreed training fee.
  • 10 Business Days or fewer before the scheduled course date: 40% of the agreed training fee.

The rescheduling charge is payable in addition to the original training fee and reflects the administrative work, trainer commitments and loss of alternative booking opportunities arising from the change.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to private face-to-face coaching sessions.

Unless agreed in advance, the recording of the course will not be permitted. You agree to use the downloadable materials for purposes of the participants registered to attend the course only. You will not disseminate the supplied materials throughout your firm or to any external third party / intranet.

If, however you have purchased a recording, then you may disseminate this recording throughout your firm. However, prior agreement must be sought from Redcliffe Training Associates should you also wish to disseminate the course materials throughout your firm. You will not disseminate the supplied materials to any external third party / intranet.
Only the agreed number of participants can take part in the course. If you have been permitted by Redcliffe Training Associates to stream the course live, the agreed number of participants cannot be exceeded.

All confirmed business transacted with Redcliffe Training Associates constitutes an agreement that you do not initiate or in any way pursue business opportunities with any member of Redcliffe Training Associates’ staff or trainers, be they salaried or sub-contracted, independent from Redcliffe Training Associates.

These Terms and Conditions also apply to private face-to-face coaching sessions.

Pre-recorded webinars

Payment and Invoicing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed, the following payment terms shall apply.

An invoice for the recorded webinar will be issued to the Client, or to the Client's nominated contact, upon confirmation of the booking. Payment must be received in full by the agreed due date and, in all cases, before the completed recordings and associated training materials are released to the Client.

Where the Client requests additional development, revisions or material amendments that were not included within the original agreed scope, an additional development fee may apply. The scope, fee and any impact on the delivery timetable will be confirmed and agreed in writing before the additional work begins.

In the event that it is necessary for us to instruct solicitors or other debt collectors to take action to recover the outstanding debt, you agree to indemnify us in respect of all costs incurred in this respect. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts relating to any dispute arising from this contract.

Where recording, editing or the development of the training materials has commenced, or the recordings have been completed, the full agreed training fee shall remain payable and no refund shall be due.

Any development work completed before the cancellation will remain payable. Where development work has only been partially completed, Redcliffe Training Associates Limited may charge for the work undertaken up to the date of cancellation.

Intellectual Property and Licence

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the recordings, course materials and supporting documentation remain the property of Redcliffe Training Associates Limited or its licensors.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the recordings internally within its own organisation for training purposes.

The recordings may be shared internally with the Client's employees. The accompanying course materials may only be reproduced or distributed internally.

The Client shall not, without the prior written consent of Redcliffe Training Associates Limited:
  • distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise make the recordings or course materials available to any third party;
  • upload the recordings or course materials to any public website or platform;
  • modify, edit or create derivative works from the recordings or course materials;
  • use the recordings or course materials for commercial resale or external training purposes.

Conferences

Cancellation, Substitution & Refund Policy:

  • All cancellations and substitutions must be submitted in writing.
  • Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee paid.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, and the full fee is payable.
  • Transfers to other events or courses are not permitted.
Substitutions:
  • Substitute participants are allowed free of charge.
  • Notification of a substitution must be received at least 24 hours before the event.
Payment Terms:
  • Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • For bookings made within 14 days of the event, immediate payment is required.
  • If payment is not received by the event date, Redcliffe Training reserves the right to deny access.
