E-LEARNING

At a time when change is faster than ever, we at Redcliffe Training want to ensure that all your training needs can be met anytime, anywhere and on any device. Redcliffe can offer bespoke e-learning programmes created by you to fit your exact requirements.

Our live virtual classes can be run at a time & date that suits your needs. Whether that be before, during, after work hours or even at the weekend. If you have participants from several office locations it is an ideal solution to avoid expenses.

Our e-learning platform is simple and easy to use. Participants can access the course on any PC, Laptop, tablet or smart phone by downloading the platform via the app store. Our live virtual classes are highly interactive and participant led with a live Q&A for participants to gain answers to questions immediately.

BLENDED LEARNING

At Redcliffe Training, our trainers can record courses exclusively for your company – in one session or in “bite-size” video files. We will edit and finesse the files, convert them to enable housing on your Learning Management System (LMS) and we will provide all supporting course materials for an agreed amount of time (6 or 12 months) for between 50 – 5,000 participants.

This method of course delivery allows maximum flexibility for staff attending the course, with the pre-recorded courses available to view 24/7 and in digestible chunks, which is a growing must in global businesses and for ‘time poor’ professionals. Additionally, hosting on your own LMS gives you the control and visibility over who takes which courses and when – essential for busy learning & development managers, heads of departments and growing teams.
