Job Description

Redcliffe is currently looking for freelance legal trainers to join the expanding team. We are interested to hear from trainers who have significant deal experience. A background in teaching law courses is preferred, and practical experience, such as working in a corporate, M&A, banking, private equity or similar team of a major law firm, would be advantageous.

Legal topics we are particularly interested in include;
– Drafting documentation – applied in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions & banking
– Debt & corporate restructuring
– Real estate finance
