Job Description

Redcliffe is currently looking for freelance corporate legal trainers. We are interested to hear from trainers who have significant deal experience. A background in teaching corporate law courses is essential, and practical experience, such as working in a corporate, M&A, banking, private equity or similar team of a major law firm, would be advantageous.

Legal topics we are particularly interested in include;
– Drafting documentation – corporate and banking
– Restructuring / insolvency
– Real estate financ
